For students who find it difficult to attend group classes offered at College Prep because of scheduling conflicts, we offer them the opportunity to take classes individually, one-on-one, at a time that is more suitable to a student’s schedule.  Please note the following policy when setting up individual lessons: 
Individual Tutoring Policy Students who wish to be tutored on an individual basis must follow the policy outlined below

1. Appointments must be set up in advance by calling (703) 425-7737.
   Walk-ins will NOT be allowed since teachers need time for lesson preparation.
   
   
2. The individual lesson fee must be paid in advance according to the following schedule (minimum: 4 hours)
   
   

   $  85.00 / hr	for school subjects (for “current” students)
   $  95.00 / hr	for school subjects (former and new students)
   $145.00 / hr	for Test Prep (PSAT, SAT Reasoning Test (SAT I), SAT Subject Tests (SAT II), AP, TOEFL, and others)
   $195.00 / hr	for Test Prep (if taught by master teachers)

   
   
3. Tuition will not be refunded for any reason other than medical emergencies.
   
   
4. Once the schedule is set up, it cannot be changed during the duration of the course. If you have any questions, call COLLEGE PREP at (703) 425-PREP.
